Help with letter of invitation to Canada?
I am writing a letter of invitation for a group of Chinese to visit my company for a business trip to discuss possible options. they told me they needed letters of invitation, the letter should be addressed to staff or visit the Canadian Embassy in China? Anyone know if I can find a sample of this kind of letter? Thank you for any help!
You do not need a special format, just write a letter of invitation on behalf of the company, and wrote that you invite them to Canada to visit your factory (insert date of the visit possible). Of course, you must include all the details of your company (address, name, license number etc …) to validate your statement. Of course, your signature, and the Chinese do like the stamps, so if you can get stamped with the date and company name or logo … Incidentally attention, China still use these opportunities to access business information sensitive (industrial or commercial). They are not spies, but it is a kind of tradition in China to work like this ..
